About Della

was licensed in 1992 and earned my Brokers license in 1997. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in marketing. A repeated award winning Realtor, my most proud award is Spotlight on Community Service Award, granted by the Columbus Board of Realtors.

I have been serving buyers and sellers, from the first time buyer to the retiring executive and everyone in between since I first began. To me, the sale is not as much about the price, but the people and their lifestyle goals. I create a custom marketing program for each property that I represent.

I am a proud parent of two amazing daughters who attend GCHS and participate in show choir, drama tech, marching band, concert band, In the Know and much more. I am also a soccer mom and a 4H mom. so I understand the importance of school attendance areas, and handling issues for my clients who already have their hands full with raising their amazing children.

In addition to urban and suburban properties, I also assist clients with more challenging properties. Rural properties offer special benefits but can also present special challenges. I am also a landlord for my own investment properties and have done my share of renovation projects.
