I originally started my sales career with ERA-AAA Real Estate and later became co-owner/manager of the firm. Upon receiving my appraisal license I started up De'Lores P. Arline & Company, my appraisal firm. I'm now here at the dynamic Real Broker, LLC to make your home ownership wishes a reality.
As a REALTOR®, I've been a member of the Longview Area Association of Realtors (LAAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), my entire real estate career and , the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals - (NAHREP) and currently a member of the East Texas Diverse Realtors (ETDR) all serving the East Texas real estate market.
I was honored by my peers of the Longview Association my first year as a Realtor in the business as "Rookie of the Year" and have served on numerous committees within the Association.
Since 1991, I've also been licensed as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser; providing residential, land, relocation, and right-of-way valuations. Having worked in both, sales and appraisal areas of the profession equips me to make the task of you acquiring the home of your dreams effortless for you.
I also hold certifications as an Environmental Assessment Consultant (EAC) and Certified Construction Inspector (CCI).
When not mentoring other real estate agents through my company, Feasible Mentoring, my time is spent as an avid reader, enjoying church and social media, volunteering in the community, pouring paint, and re-purposing furniture when time permits.
