OMG!!! Delores Dee Johnson is second to none. Last year I had a terrible home selling experience with a realtor from Century 21. It was suggested I contact Broker Delores Dee Johnson. I'm so glad I did. She is professional patient knowledgeable kind transparent informative honest, and a great listener. She gave me home improvement suggestions, kept me informed on potential buyers likes and dislikes of my property. The other company had my listing for a little over seven months with no results. Delores sold my property in just over four months. An example of professionalism and non-professionalism. She's highly recommended. You will not regret hiring her.

If you are looking for a "real" Real Estate Broker, Call Delores "Dee" Johnson. We explained to her what we needed, the type of home, how many bedrooms, baths, etc. what we wanted as far as off street parking, driveway, non attached garage, front/back yard.

Working with Delores "Dee" Johnson is and was a blessing in disguise. Thanks to her, my family had to move within six months from our current rental and she made it happen. She showed us 4 homes within two months we found what we where looking for. Dee listened to our needs, and explained different steps and procedures during the entire time. I hold the belief that first impressions make for lasting impressions. I discovered Ms. Johnson's page on Google search to conduct a market survey on the use and need for Transaction Coordinator's. I started working with Dee back in 2015 when I was looking to purchase a home in Oakland for my family. She was great at getting us in and has a lot of knowledge in East Bay Real Estate that was invaluable throughout the process. She was also listed as someone who had worked on various city programs for down payment assistance etc.

After the purchase of our home she kept in touch over the years. We maintained our relationship over time and when it was time to sell we reached out again. Dee was very gracious with her time and attention when it came to getting everything listed for us and managing the viewing process through endless COVID restrictions. She also worked to market the property with in person flyers in Spanish and English in the Fruitvale which I was over the moon about.

Ultimately we got the job done and we sold our place for a good amount.
What can I say? Dee is great and has the best energy in the biz!

I would recommend using Dee Johnson, especially if you are a new buyer that's not too familiar with the process of purchasing a home. In this crazy Bay Area market (especially during COVID), she and I spent almost a year looking for a house; she was very patient, understanding, forthright, knowledgeable, flexible, and pleasant. She made helpful suggestions and had other resources available (for example, other lender choices). After a long search, and multiple offers, I was finally able to close on a home this month. I appreciate, her time and hard work, and would strongly consider using her services again.

Delores Johnson is the best realtor in the Bay Area!
We met Ms. Dee as we love to call her in early January of 2021 and by Mid-Feb 2021 we put in an offer and we were in contract. Due to some unique circumstances the process closed a few weeks after we were originally supposed to but she guided the process masterfully. She’s kind, patient, positive and prayerful. We saw over 30 homes but the one we ended up in was truly the winner and exemplified everything we asked for.
