Instead of fleeing from the industry, as many did after the 2008 housing crash, Demarco and Marisa Fletcher decided to run head-first into real estate during this time and well-position themselves for a lengthy career in the field. Having backgrounds in the mortgage business helped spark the inspiration for these two to begin a path in this field, and they have even recently started their own independent brokerage called Kings Realty Group and Associates. The two do business throughout the Inland Empire servicing the cities of Riverside, Corona, Murrieta Valley, Temecula, and beyond. Strongly believing in creating a lasting business partnership with their vast network of referrals, they standby the motto, “It’s never about us, rather it’s always about the clients.”

As a team, Demarco and Marisa are focused on delivering a high-level of market knowledge to each client they serve. They place an emphasis on doing all the necessary research needed prior to selling homes to ensure that their clients know the advantages gained from each deal. They tailor their marketing to digital social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and love to send friendly gifts or cards to their clients on holidays and birthdays to help increase their referral business.
