Working with DeMarcus has been a great experience. I purchased my 4th house with his help, guidance and expertise.

I had another service member recommend DeMarcus. I ultimately decided to work with him because of his direct, straight forward and motivated personality. I am picky about what I want in a home and he did a great job listening to my wants/desires and tweeking the showings based off of my preferences. He made it easy to schedule showings in a short time frame and with my busy work schedule. Once we found the perfect home for me he was pivotal in helping guide me through the process with difficult sellers. This was my first time buying a property from an investment company. Let me just say the company I bought from was a headache, but DeMarcus did great navigating my frustrations with the company, keeping expectations realistic and communicating with me through everything, even when the sellers didn't communicate.
