Demetra is a local girl, born and raised in Seattle. These are my stomping grounds, and her knowledge of this area runs deep. While she leans on data and stay current on the latest market trends, she knows that real estate is not just about the numbers — it is not just a transaction. Relationships and trust matter a lot in this business, and she works with all of her clients to ensure that their work together is honest, open, transparent — and also FUN!
Demetra comes from a large Greek family and grew up working in our family’s restaurant, which was where she learned that she loves meeting and interacting with different people every day. To them, everyone is family, and she has a tendency to adopt that mentality with her clients. Prior to real estate, she owned a high-end custom home furnishings and interior design showroom in downtown Edmonds, collaborating with many local artists, artisans, and unique vendors to co-create unforgettable interiors for their clients. Every day, she brings her expertise and eye for design and architecture to my work as a broker.
She currently lives in Ballard with her partner and their pup, but she has lived all over the Seattle area. When she is resting and relaxing, her passions are photography, travel, home remodeling, interior design, bakeries, and dachshunds (not necessarily in that order!)
