I had a smooth experience with Demetria Lynch during my first time buying my own home. She made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable and experienced and I believe she had my best interest at heart during this trying time. I would definitely have her as my realtor again, now knowing more about home buying I will be looking forward to selling and buying again, and looking forward to finding something more permanent that has a more personal touch for me, and I am sure she will be happy to help! I was very pleased with the service Demetria provided. I live in California, and needed to sell a property in North Carolina. Demetria managed all aspects of the sales process on my behalf in a professional and experienced manner. She sourced vendors and contractors needed to clean and repair my property so that it showed at its best! She was always responsive and timely in communicating throughout the process.
