We just closed on our dream home with the help of Demetria Reed! She was nothing short of absolutely amazing during this entire process. We decided to step out of faith and purchase a new build. Having never been through this process before, naturally we were worried there would be something things we weren’t familiar with or didn’t understand. That was no problem because Demetria always took the time to explain every step of this process to us. She always made herself available when we needed her. The communication overall was just amazing! Step by step she made us feel very confident in every choice we made. Things were on back order in the midst of covid which pushed our closing date multiple times and caused a bit of uncertainty, but Demetria reassured us that once our home was ready is would be amazing. She was right! I don’t know that we would have made it through this process without her! If you are looking for an amazing realtor who will work their hardest for you and make you feel like family, look no more, Demetria is your girl! Frustrated from those barriers, we found that Demetria made our journey a smooth one. Where we lacked in patience…she was sufficient with knowledge. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Demetria Reed, affectionally called Dee. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Dee was super patient with me and helped me navigate a tough market often visiting places and FaceTiming me because we were in the middle of the pandemic. She was completely honest and hands-on throughout the entire home buying process. When I finally found the "one" Dee helped me place a competitive off and suggested that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why I thought they should choose me. Dee was absolutely right in recommending the letter because that was the tipping point for the sellers. Dee was an absolute gem and I am grateful that I had her as a realtor.

I have had the opportunity working with Dee last year. I was a pregnant single mom moving from VA. She was patient, responsive and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Although i got outbid pretty often she encouraged me not to give up. I honestly glad i didn’t. I trusted the process and moved into my house two months later!
