Demetrios is truly the best of the best. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and to say that I was extremely nervous was an understatement. Demetrios was there every step of the way and quickly eased my nerves. He made it to the many and I mean many open houses we attended. I was extremely picky, but Demetrios was patient and attentive throughout the whole process. He often sent us houses to check out that I had also had my eye on. It was like he knew exactly what we were looking for and refused to let us settle on anything less than what we deserved. Without Demetrios, we never would have landed our perfect, forever home. I am forever grateful to him and know that if you are ever in the market to buy or sell, Demetrios is the right guy for the job!

What can be said about working with Demetrios to find our perfect home that hasn't been said already. Even while working with other buyers and sellers, he made it to every single open house my wife and I wanted to go see. He was extremely detail oriented and observant that after a few open houses he knew exactly what it was we were searching for. It almost felt as if he was going to be moving in with us as he refused to let us settle for anything less than our perfect, forever home. As first time home buyers, it was a huge relief to have someone so experienced helping to guide us in the right direction. I can't thank Demetrios enough for his efforts, professionalism and most of all his patience with us throughout the whole process. No need to stress in finding a broker. Demetrios is perfect! His advice as to the listing was spot on, he quickly found us a buyer willing to pay in excess of the asking price and was scrupulous with his follow up and driving the sale to completion. Demetrios is awesome to work with. He is calm & cool, but most importantly very patient. It was my first home purchase so I was all over the place, but he assured me he understood what I was going through & not to worry one bit. After seeing a few homes my wife & I finally found the house we wanted to put an offer on. We spoke to demetrios about the offer price & assured him this was the home we wanted badly. Demetrios NAILED it! Beat out multiple offers, all while sticking to the game plan. His strategy was A1. He is a true professional & got us the first house we put an offer on which I think is truly amazing. He knows the housing market well & has a great gauge on prices. Long Island is obviously experiencing a serious real estate boom which makes looking for a home and putting in offers much more difficult than it was. We had been looking for a few years, always getting closely outbid, before changing over to Demetri for our real estate needs. Once we started working with him it was a game changer. He works with an app that makes viewing potential homes based on preference information we gave him very easy. It also helped communication between us. He was constantly texting us, calling us and making sure everything we wanted to see we got a chance to (sometimes even before other people). Once we finally found a home and made a competitive offer, which he also helped us with, that’s when his real work began. He tirelessly set up all our appointments for appraisals, meetings, inspections and more. He showed up to every single one of those in person. Demetri guided us through the entire mortgage process and now the closing. He has been a great communicator and mediator throughout. He goes above and beyond (even texting us for holidays. He doesn’t forget his clients after everything is done). If you want someone to explain things to you in detail, advocate for you, work harder than anyone else in the game for you...then you should call him to get started because I guarantee you will have an amazing experience with the end result you want.
