Demi Waitley

Demi Waitley is a proud fifth generation San Diegan. Following in her Grandmother and Father's footsteps, Demi has found a passion for real estate and a love for helping families with their real estate needs. Using her knowledge in real estate and her expertise in design, Demi works alongside buyers and sellers to identify the best marketing strategies and design practices to achieve the highest market value. In addition to real estate, Demi provides a wide range of design services, from styling and art placement to whole home remodeling and new construction. She firmly believes that anything can be transformed, restored, and made new in a beautiful way.

Demi graduated from Coronado High School in 2011, and attended Seattle Pacific University where she played on the Women's soccer team and studied Special Education. She is deeply passionate about giving back to her community. She uplifts, empowers, and motivates people with disabilities through her family founded non-profit, called Team Quinn, formed for the purpose of serving people with disabilities and their families.
