A sudden death in the family thru us for a loop, and we found ourselves having to relocate our aging Mom to get her closer to her loved ones. Dena is the only Real Estate Agent that my family will use. Since 1999, Dena has sold 2 houses and helped us buy 2 houses. In 2008, we needed to get into a specific area in order to have our sons enrolled in our preferred school district. It was a very difficult market at the time, and as soon as we found a buyer for our home, Dena went to great lengths to help us find a home that met and surpassed our needs! She was able to secure a contract on our home in mid June, and a closing on both the sale and the purchase in mid August. We were able to get moved in and registered for school in time for the first day! For both of our home searches, Dena was very patient and took us through numerous homes.
