Dena Calabro is a wonderful agent
Working with Dena to sell my home was a great. She always kept me updated to let me know what was happening next and checked in multiple times to make sure I was not having any worries or anxiety. She's knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was very hands on in helping me get my house ready. I appreciated the fact she didn't just list the home and sit back waiting for a buyer. She was on top of every step to make sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing. Buying and/or selling a home can be very stressful. I don't normally provide a review of anyone but I do recommend her 100%.

A True Professional
Dena is a true professional real estate agent who was willing to take on a first-time home buyer, my son. Her experience was so valuable in making this an excellent learning experience for him while navigating our way through a very tight market. We started working with Dena in July and closed escrow in November. She guided us every step of the way. Dena had an excellent working relationship with our lender and with the other real estate agent. The best compliment I can give Dena is that we stayed withing our budget, got our offer accepted and, together with the other agent, was successful in getting the house appraised for slightly above the accepted offer. I also noticed that Dena has an excellent support staff. Our son found Dena through Redfin and we are thankful that it turned out to be a great match.

Dena provided step-by-step guidance through a stressful process. She went out of her way to seek out additional information, seek out suitable properties, and provided an overall excellent home-buying experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

We had seen Dena’s work in a neighboring house and that set my expectations very high. Dena blew our expectations away. She has a tremendous handle on market dynamics. She knew exactly where to price our house to get substantial traffic. She used all the tools to market it. She helped us navigate the multiple offer situation, which can be difficult. She listened to all our needs, and always kept us updated. She even helped us understand some of the nuances of buying new construction out of state. A true professional and a really nice person. We can’t recommend Dena highly enough!

I will not hesitate to recommend Dena to family and friends!
Dena was very professional from the get-go. I was immediately impressed by her data-driven approach and her thorough and methodical study of the market. It was a big plus that she was subtle, too. No hard sell, no sugar-coating.
She was always on time (in fact always arrives earlier than stipulated meeting time) and her response rate (to text messages and emails) is almost real time. She returns calls right away. She always made herself available despite her very busy schedule. And she goes beyond her scope of responsibilities as a realtor, always willing to do the extra mile, within ethical bounds.
