Dena Calivas has a reputation for being very professional and is a pleasure to work with. She understands the industry, works tirelessly for her clients and is very honest. We moved into our new home 5 years ago and Dena recently assisted us with the process of understanding the coverage we had for our windows. With her recommendation, we filed a claim and received replacement windows for two that had failed with the insulation. Last step was to have them installed, and of course we used Dena's suggestion for a carpenter as well!! She is always there for her customers - before, during and after!!

This is the 2nd home we have bought with Dena and will soon be listing a 2nd home with her. She will constantly look out for your best interests as either the buyer or seller. She is probably the most patient person I’ve ever met and I’m a really indecisive person. She always goes above and beyond what is truly necessary. You will definitely be treated like family by her and she is there for you whenever you need her even after the papers are signed. She doesn’t stop until you are happy and satisfied with the outcome from whichever end she is helping you though. Whether it’s letting go of your past home or finding you a new one to fall in love with. Dena is truly one the best!

She is amazing, she treated me and my family like her own and worked to get us the house of our dreams. She was very attentive and professional; answering questions, and sometimes working all hours of the night on time sensitive issues. I have worked with numerous realtors, and Dena is the first one who I felt listened to my needs and concerns and acted on them. If you are looking for a truly personal realtor then Dena is for you.
