Deneen was wonderful to work with. She knows the industry and communicates the details to you so that everything goes smoothly. She knows a mortgage broker and attorney to use so if you do not have a particular preference, I highly recommend you use her suggestions. Deneen was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, and was always there to help. She was super responsive, any time that we had a question - she always answered immediately. The one thing we especially loved was that she was not pushing us to buy something that she knew we would not be satisfied with - even though it took some time, she was very patient with us and we finally found the home that we had been looking for. Deneen very quickly made the sale happen for us, and was there for my husband and I throughout the entire process. Deneen Maillet is a great agent. Hands down the best I have ever worked with. She is a full time agent which is very important when it comes to availability to view properties and put in offers. She is very punctual. I felt like I was her only client when speaking with her and setting up times to view properties. Her knowledge of real estate is impeccable. I learned so much from her when looking at a variety of properties and also about loan applications and different types of loans available. Deneen was the sellers agent at a different location I was looking at before I had an agent. Once she found out I did not have anyone representing me she was more than willing to help. She set me up on a website where I could view immediate listings and changes to listings in the areas I wanted to find, which eventually led me to the condo I purchased. Deneen is the best realtor you can ever come across. She is a really nice and honest person and always puts the interests of her clients first. She responded promptly to all calls and texts and was always available no matter the day or time. Anytime we requested to see a property she got in touch with the seller and made all the arrangements as soon as possible and on our timetable . She always took us to all the viewings and her knowledge of the properties was really helpful as it helped us to find the perfect home. We had a great relationship with her and she got to know us and what we were looking for. She represented us really well from the time we found the home to when we finally moved in.
