Highly recommended!

Deneen cares that you end up in the right place, even when it means more effort for her, rather than just closing the sale. She was always willing to point out what wouldn't work for our family, to make sure that we would be perfectly happy with the home we bought.

And now we are so very very happy with the home we bought! We might never move again, but if we did I wouldn't go to anybody but Deneen.

If giving more than 5 ⭐️ was an option, I would! I was hesitant when my husband first brought up the idea of selling our rental properly of 11 years, I wasn’t hesitant because I didn’t want to sell, I simply dreaded the process. Believe me when I say Deneen and her team made it seamless from start to finish. Other than a few tasks to make the house ready to go on market, I had very little to do. Within a day we were under contract, even better, we were under contract for over the asking price. Contract to settlement was stress free which has not always been our experience when buying/selling. Next time we buy or sell we will definitely be calling on Deneen and the Matt Fetick Team.

Deneen is an excellent realtor who combines a passion for the business with unique knowledge of the local market and an ability to connect with her clients. From the start, she was professional, competent, responsive, and able to execute on her plan to sell the house. While some of the work had already been done on the house, Deneen came up with a list of additional improvements to make before the house went on the market, but more importantly she was able to recommend contractors who could do the work and others who could provide professional services such as home staging. Whenever there was an issue with a contractor, Deneen was always available to follow-up and work toward a solution. The marketing and selling of the home was flawless, especially the staging and the photographs, and I really appreciated Deneen’s calm demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to focus throughout the process, including during the weekend when the house went under contract. The entire team at Matt Fetick, including Christine and Kelsey, was excellent to work with right through the closing and during my move. I highly recommend Deneen and her team if you are interested in selling your home.
