We were very fortunate to work with Denis at Koral Realty. He was easy to work with and extremely patient as we looked at multiple neighborhoods & homes and changed our minds about what we wanted. He had a great knowledge of home construction and the ever changing market and provided a lot of expertise. He cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for homes that weren’t what we truly wanted. We were Looking for a home for months and at times we’re willing to settle but Deni ensured we continued to look until we found our dream home in a very competitive market.
