We couldn’t have found a better real estate agent to sell our home . Denis’s knowledge, advice and honesty about selling was invaluable to us as first time sellers . His communication skills and availability to answer any questions or concerns we had was beyond our expectations. He sold our home the first weekend he listed it and he was with us thru finding housing and closing the sale. He always made time to reply quickly to us and to show us homes we were interested in .He recommended a real estate attorney who worked with Denis and us to close the sale even after contract signed and buyer was difficult . They got us price in contract when we weren’t sure buyer would close . We highly recommend Denis and his company!!!!

Denis came highly recommended from a neighbor whose house he sold. Based on that, we engaged Denis to sell our house in Bohemia in September of 2021. The house was sold in 3 days at more than the asking price. He provided excellent service to us, handling all the details of the sale, which is extremely important since the entire process had changed drastically since we had last been involved in a house sale. We worked with Denis on the sale of our last home and purchase of our new home. We were very appreciative of all his time and energy that he put into the sale of our home. This was in 2013 when the market was still declining and Denis got us 10% more than what other homes were selling for in our neighborhood at the time. This made a huge difference on the purchase of our next home that Denis found.
