Then launched his own company as an investor doing high-end homes on Miami Beach handling purchase /sales and marketing, doing his own renovations Which then led him in the year 2000 to downtown Miami as a pioneer in the Wynwood and Little River area buying light industrial properties creating a mixed use environment building, rezoning, change of use, special variances also working as an owner rep building extensive projects both residential and commercial dealing with all aspects of construction from beginning to end.
