Recently faced with this question, how to rent an apartment, needed a one-bedroom in Aventura, as we have a family with a small child. Searched thru entire web and there is no results, the Internet offers a lot, but in fact nothing good.Appealed to Wolsen Real Estate at the recommendation of a friend, they have her apartment sold. And I was surprised that just two days we picked up a wonderful two-room flat renovated! A huge thank you to agent Denis Smykalov for the help, very nice.

Almost a year could not sell the apartment. And then we turned to Wolsenrealestate. Sold just a couple of months after and for the price, what we expected, although initially warned that maybe the price would have to lower (property was not in very good condition).
