Denise Bajtos

Denise has spent most of her life in two homes: the one in which she was raised, and the one in which she raised her four children. As a result, Denise understands the importance of finding the perfect home on a deeply personal level because they have both served as the backdrop for many years of wonderful memories.

Denise was born and raised in Saratoga and ended up in San Jose with her husband where they raised their four children. During those hectic years of managing school and sports drop-offs and pick-ups, Denise was also running her own printing/apparel branding company that merged with a friendly competitor after twenty years of ownership.

In 2013, with their youngest child in college, Denise and her husband made the decision to start a new adventure of their own by selling the home that served their family so well for those twenty years and putting down new roots in Granite Bay to be close to their young grandchildren. In her free time, Denise will be found in Lake Tahoe sitting by the lake or hitting the slopes, while simultaneously reflecting on how lucky she is to live so close to some of the best locations that California has to offer.

Denise and her husband could not be happier with their decision to move to Placer County, and their own home search here sowed the seeds of what would become her growing passion for real estate. Denise is drawn to both the emotional and logistical aspects of home buying and will carefully consider your individual financial and practical lifestyle needs when helping you in your own home search.
