I loved working with Denise, she never pushed me into a house that wasn’t right. She was so patient and really understood my specific needs and desires in a house! I could NOT recommend her more highly. I had full trust in her, and I knew she would find me my dream house- and she did. Even though I wasn’t buying an expensive extravagant place, she worked with me for 3 years because she cared, about me as a person and saw my needs. Honestly, she was a godsend in a truly stressful process and purchase!! I found my dreaym house and she held my hand through the entire process with humor and kindness. Definitely go with Denise you will be glad you did!!! I was! She was the best person I have ever worked with and I was so glad she helped me buy my first house- she acted more like a family member helping me find the right place, than anyone in sales, ever. I couldn’t more highly recommended the amazing services of Denise!

Denise has been such a joy to work with! My partner and I left feeling confident, excited for our new home, and as though we made a new friend in Denise. She was honest with us every step of the way, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area and home buying process. Even now, a month or so after closing, she continues to be a resource to us in finding contractors in the area and answering all of our questions as new home owners. She has a calm presence and masterfully got to know the two of us and our wishes for this first home purchase. I highly recommend Denise as a realtor and all around wonderful person.

She was amazing, she made the stressful moments of buying a home simpler, had great recommendations for the different vendors that were needed, and kept us all on track to close. Denise is the hardest working realtor in Pittsburgh. I know they all say that, but Denise truly is. She is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and was willing to work with me, despite how particular I am. Denise showed me every home I wanted to look at, finding extra information to share about each one of them. I decided to back out of 2 homes after the inspections, and finally found my dream home on the 3rd attempt, but Denise got all 3 of those offers accepted in a highly competitive real estate market!
She has connections with many contractors and helped me get quotes on any work that needed done so I would have an accurate cost when going into negotiations.
I can't recommend Denise highly enough. Everyone should use her when searching for their home. I haven't sold a home with her yet, but I'm sure she's just as amazing on the other side of a deal!

Denise was incredibly helpful in finding us our dream home. She went out of her way on more than one occasion to get us in to see homes and was excellent with communication throughout the home-buying process.
