Denise Chaparteguy

Denise has lived and worked in Sonoma County since 1985. She has raised her family here, and loves the quality of life and opportunities afforded in the wine country. With a background in the family hotel business and customer service, Denise had a great foundation to launch her real estate career from. She views real estate as a “lifestyle” not a “business”—she loves the interaction with both peers and clients alike and being part of the journey to find her clients that perfect house, or facilitate a difficult or stressful transaction.
Denise has a strong network of professionals as part of PRONET to collaborate with and stay ahead of market inventory. In addition, she has several key certifications: “CRS” (Certified Residential Specialist), “CDPE” (Certified Distress Properties Expert) and “HAFA” (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives). Denise believes in staying educated and learning new tools and technology to continually grow and meet her client’s needs.

Denise services all of Sonoma County with particular insight and experience on the corridor—Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Windsor and Cloverdale. She incorporates her love of photography, nature and food into her career by meeting new people and participating in the community in a variety of venues.
