As a first time home buyer, I must say this was an amazing experience. Denise did such a great job at every stage of this process. Her commitment and patience really eased my anxiety. I'm also thankful for her giving me reassurance during this new, stressful, and sometimes overwhelming experience. Throughout this whole process, I could tell she had my best interest at heart versus just trying to close a deal. Denise is the best! This was our first home purchase, and we didn't have a clue what to do. So many times I wanted to give up and just go back to being a renter, but Denise was always willing to listen to me and talk me off the ledge. My wife was a true inspiration in getting me to listen more to what Denise had to say about the home buying process. Not only is Denise patient and professional, but she also really cares about her clients. She called us very often and communicated each step of the way. And did I mention that my wife and I live in Los Angeles, CA., Denise lives in the state of Michigan, and we were looking for homes in Atlanta, GA.? Yeah, so trying to communicate over three locations and two time zones is no easy task, but Denise held our hands as we crossed the finish line and closed on our Conyers, Georgia DREAM HOUSE on June 30, 2023. Denise treated us like family - she really did. I went from being a renter to a homeowner in under a year. We thank God for Denise Cochran. Without her on our side, there is no way we would have ever gone this far. I recommend Denise to anyone looking to become a homeowner and like me, you have no idea what to do. She will hold your hand and will be there to cross the finish line with you. Relentless passion is the best way to describe her tenacity for real estate. It's her calling and you will see and feel it as you work with her. And finally, guess what? I'm a homeowner y'all! LOL...I just love saying that...thank you so much Denise.

I was a first time home buyer when I met Denise, and from the very start she wanted to know what I was looking for in my dream home as she says. I shared with her my dream home and from there she set out to find it. Two or three months went by during this process with no luck in finding my dream home and at one point I was willing to settle for anything; but she wouldn't let me. She would say to me Corey you told me what you wanted in your forever home and this isn't it, just give me some time and trust the process. To this day am very thankful for having her as my agent, because had it been anyone other than her I would be in a terrible situation. After five or six
months of looking she found my forever home. At times I'll call or text Denise and thank her for giving me my dream home. If there is any advice I can give, it would be to trust her process because she knows the business and making sure your not left in a home your unhappy with. I highly recommend Denise Cochran as a realtor to anyone looking to buy a home.

Denice is phenomenal! Very patient , thorough and kind ! She helped walk us through one of the biggest purchases of our lives ! Purchasing a home can be stressful especially with the hurdles of COVID , but Denise provided much comfort throughout the entire process , finding homes we loved , and fighting to ensure we always presented the best offer as the bidding wars were fierce !
