Denise has been nothing short of WONDERFUL. I was buying and selling a home at the same time. The repair process on my selling home was stress free and seamless because she provided reputable and efficient contractors and painters who all did a great job. I told her what I was searching for in a home and she found the best options. She's been patient with me and supportive. I almost hate our experience is coming to an end. I HIGHLY recommended for anyone searching for a realtor.

Mrs. Denise is an amazing woman. She is very patience and compassionate about what she does.

Denise made the process of selling our house unbelievably easy. She communicated with us at all times and we were always aware of what was going on. Denise’s husband is retired military so she understood that I was out of state and could not be there for closing. Denise is and was, nothing short of amazing. This was my first time purchasing a home on my own and she made the entire process a successful one. In this current market it was discouraging at times, being constantly outbid and feeling like home ownership would never happen for me. But she kept me grounded and updated and made sure I didn’t lose hope. It all worked out and now I have closed on my home that I love and can’t wait to decorate and make my own. This was my first time buying a home. Denise was amazing! There were times I would get really discouraged when it came to finding the right how and not getting it and even retiring the closing process. Denise kept calling and telling me too stay encouraged. I would highly recommend her to any and everyone!! She will put everything into getting you your home and she will not let you settle for anything unless you really want to. She always gives her expertise opinion, but will never pressure you. She's my realtor for life!!! Trust me!!
