As an out-of-state buyer with very limited experience with the local market, Ms. Denise was amazing for my first investment property! She had extensive knowledge and contacts to meet all the requirements I had no idea about. She somehow found me a three-family investment property that has shown tremendous return on my investment so far! I was under water in my house and the bank was trying to seize my home and leave me with a huge bill. Denise stepped in and provided me with a ton of information on how to sell my house and leave me in the best situation possible. I even had a disastrous flood occur while in the selling process, but she figured out how to maneuver and fixed my problem quickly! Denise is a life saver and I do not know where I would have been without her.
