Denise Creswell

Denise has lived in Brentwood since 1972. She obtained her real estate license in 1987 and has spent over 35 years in the real estate industry, initially working in residential property management and development. In 2002, she became a full-time REALTOR® and has loved every minute. She is knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, and thoroughly enjoys the time she spends with her clients. She treats her clients the way she would like to be treated, understanding the home buying and selling process is one of the most important financial decisions they may ever make.

Denise is consistently a multi-million dollar producer and has earned the Life Membership Award from the Greater Nashville REALTORS® Awards of Excellence. She is fully engaged in the industry that she loves, having served on various committees over the years at the local, state and national levels. In 2016, she was President of Greater Nashville REALTORS®, and in 2018, was awarded REALTOR® of the Year. She is a huge advocate of property owner's rights and is a Major Investor in the REALTOR® Political Action Committee.

Giving back to the community is important to Denise. She has been a staunch supporter of Habitat for Humanity for many years and participates in building at least one house every year. She’s had the opportunity to give housekeys to well-deserving individuals over the years, but when those keys are given to individuals who never dreamed they would ever own their own home, that’s even sweeter.

Denise is married to Mark, and they have two children, Hannah (husband Alex) and Graham, and two precious grandsons, Evan and Lawson. She also has the most awesome Golden Retriever named Cali. In her spare time, she can be found on long walks with Cali, cheering on her Murray State Racers and the Tennessee Titans, or boating at the lake.
