Denise has 19 years of experience in real estate, co-founding Cronan Real Estate, a California corporation in 2003, becoming the broker of record in 2011. While overseeing the steady growth of the company, she established herself as a trusted partner of both buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. She treats every transaction as if it were her own, guiding her clients through the process with the utmost care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Prior to real estate, she spent the first twelve years of her career in Advertising working for numerous agencies in San Francisco and in-house at Gap, Inc.
Denise is a native of the Bay Area, born in San Francisco and raised in San Mateo. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, volunteering at St. Matthew Catholic School and St. Ignatius College Prep.
Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a Minor in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
She is a member of the San Mateo Chamber of Commerce, San Mateo County, California Association of and National Association of REALTORS®, the Notre Dame High School, St. Matthew Catholic School and California State University, Chico Alumni Associations, and an Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority alum.
