Denise Lewis is a Realtor who truly CARES—Committed to Actions Resulting in Excellent Service. Known for her motto, “This Realtor runs on Coffee and Referrals!”, Denise brings passion and professionalism to every transaction.
Before launching her real estate career, Denise spent 15 years working in her family’s business as an office manager, customer service specialist, and Vice President. During that time, she honed her skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving—skills that now serve her clients exceptionally well.
Currently in her fourth year as a Realtor, Denise loves her job and the variety it brings. She offers a wide range of services, including property value assessments, listing homes based on current market trends, building investment property portfolios, and helping buyers secure their dream homes through strategic offers. She also supports clients navigating major life changes, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
In 2021, Denise proudly closed 32 transactions totaling over $7 million in sales, earning her the Master’s Circle Award from the Realtors of South Central Kansas and recognition from Real Producers as one of the Top 300 Realtors in Wichita. Remarkably, all her transactions that year came from repeat clients, referrals, or people she knows—a testament to her dedication and strong relationships.
Outside of real estate, Denise enjoys riding her Harley with her husband Heath to quirky roadside attractions, spending time with their three children and new grandbaby, baking, yoga, shopping with family and friends, and the occasional cross-stitch project. She is a proud alum of Fort Hays State University, where she was a Tiger Deb and an active member of Mortar Board, Phi Kappa Phi, Art Club, and the Residence Hall Association.
