Business Philosophy A native of South Central Pennsylvania and a Coldwell Banker Realtor, Denise Findley knows the area and what it has to offer. Denise serves the Harrisburg metro area including Cumberland, York, Adams, Perry and Dauphin Counties. Denise's philosophy is to have trust and respect between her clients and herself. Community Involvement: Denise always help out in the community where she can. Denise started when her children were in school, volunteering with the PTA. Now that she is in the Real Estate field, she has helped with fundraisers for numerous local charities. Professional Experience: Denise worked for 5 years for a local florist. She started in sales and continued to work in every department from arranging to office work. Denise later went on to an office job, but realized how much she missed working with the public. This is where her Real Estate job came into place. Denise loves what she does and will do her best to help her clients with all their Real Estate needs! Personal: Denise has been married since 1980 to her high school sweetheart! She has 2 terrific children. Her Daughter works in the Art Field and her Son works in the Construction Field. Denise attends Hope Grace Brethren Church in Dillsburg. Her favorite things to do are spending time with Family, Gardening and of course helping others with Real Estate needs. Another passion she has is going to the race track! Denise's Son is a 3rd generation racer in the family. He races sprint cars at Lincoln Speedway and Williams Grove Speedway.
