Denise Gianatasio

Denise is a lifelong resident of the fabulous Northport area. She and her husband Richard were blessed to have raised both of their sons in this amazing location. Their children both attended all the same local schools as they did. Denise is proud to have grown up in Northport, to have raised her own family there, and to actively be licensed in Real Estate for the past 27 years. Her mother was also a long-time local realtor. This has added to what Denise consider my special niche- knowing the business and living in the area in which she practices it for a lifetime. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from SUNY Old Westbury in Elementary Education with a minor in psychology.

This has all attributed to Denise’s success with providing counseling, educating, and guiding her clients throughout the process of purchasing or selling a home. Her success is related to her sincere passion for helping people. Spending countless hours raising funds for the local food pantry and several other local charities, Denise actively stays involved with the wonderful, generous people of Northport, including her Bayview Avenue neighbors. She has been recognized in the Real Estate Industry, receiving many achievement awards, but to Denise, the real satisfaction comes from helping others realize their goals and making dreams come true.

Denise is a people-oriented person, and her sphere is extensive and locally based. She has a relationship with many of many local merchants and writes a bi-weekly column for Entertainment This Week (ETWeek). This is where she shares family recipes, culinary delights, and the “musings” of Northport.

Dedicated to what she does, Denise looks forward to giving both new and returning clients her attention, advice, and local expertise, as well as earning their trust and friendship.
