Denise and Eddie were fantastic in facilitating the buying of our North Carolina Beach Home. They were highly recommended as agents due to their vast experience, knowledge and expertise. We were not disappointed.

They provided daily updates on the sale of the property as well as offered recommendations and personnel to address any concern. Often they even provided competitive pricing to save costs. A lot has changed since the last time we were in the housing market, this time as sellers. And, living many hours away, we wanted a full-service agent. So, we reached out to people we trust for references. They brought us, thankfully, to Eddie and Denise. Denise and Eddie were a great team for me. After showing me several options in OBX area, they became my eyes and ears for home I wanted as I live about 10 hours from OBX. As soon as Denise learned of a potential listing that met my requirements she did a walk through of the house with video to show me and talk me through what she was seeing. Denise And Eddie are AMAZING! We worked with them for multiple years prior to buying a home in Corolla. Every summer while on vacation in Corolla, we would call Denise and Eddie with a request to see some houses that looked interesting. Yep... we were those dreamers. Denise and Eddie showed up every time, year after year. So in 2021, when we saw what looked like our dream house come on the market, I called Denise and Eddie and they drove up and took us on a Facetime tour through the house. From that point on, they were our eyes and ears as we navigated an offer, all inspections and settlement. Throughout that process, any and all questions thrown their way were answered and solutions (if needed) were immediately provided. They are highly professional and care deeply for their clients. And beyond that... they KNOW the Outer Banks. I come from a family of realtors and I have high expectations. Denise and Eddie met my expectations each and every time.
