Becoming a real estate agent was an adventure turned inside out for her. Working as an educator and part time as a real estate agent, she soon realized that the real estate challenges and the classroom were remarkably similar! In 1986 she took a sabbatical and never returned. She says, “real estate picked me”! Her focus has been to work with the most vulnerable population such as the first-time home buyer and our “senior” population, who need the greatest form of service, dedication, and trust. If you are not among this group, you still have the need and desire to have an honest real estate agent advocate for your best interests. She holds the SRES certification – Seniors Real Estate Specialist and LMC – Loss Mitigation Certification. In addition, she is a Massachusetts Certified Real Estate Appraiser and has other achievements, designations, and interests, however, her broad depth of knowledge from years of experience is her greatest benefit to the buying, selling, and investing public. “Exceeding your expectations” is her goal. With 30 years of experience in the real estate and appraisal field, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Short sales, estate sales, investors, 1031 exchange, income producing property, commercial property, foreclosures, land, new construction, subdivisions, excess land, permitting, conservation, residential, 203K rehab…. she speaks your language! Let’s get together so she can maximize your real estate potential. She is a long-time Easton resident with two adult children and a husband working in the parallel field of real estate development. She continues to actively volunteer within the community on a variety of issues. As the saying goes “it’s such a small world” she is sure she is bumped into you along the way and if not, she cherishes the opportunity to meet with you some day!
