Working with Denise Kearse was a wonderful and pleasurable experience. She was a calming and professional presence during a very stressful time in our lives. Not only were we selling our home, but we were also constantly traveling across the country to Arizona. Denise came to the forefront with every issue that arose and acted as our advocate. Denise handled everything we needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Not only was she very professional and conscienscious, we now consider her family. We are so thankful for her.

Denise helped me get my very first apartment! She is extremely kind and patient. She responds quickly and is super informative, as well as transparent. Whether you’re paying cash or voucher she treats you with respect and truly wants to see you in an apartment you’ll love. Working with her made the entire moving experience seamless!

Mrs Kearse was my realtor.I had the privilege of working with her on either purchasing/renting a property. She was very informative, professional, helpful and most of all patient, understanding and honest!!! The process went smoothly. I ended up going for a rental for now. Denise is the best realtor anyone could ever work with. She's honest and extremely patient. She does not push you to make a sale unlike most realtors. I would not work with anyone else but Denise. I would recommend her to anyone ( friends or family) looking to either rent our purchase a property like my family just did. She made our first home purchase experience wonderful. You could not ask for a better realtor.

Denise is an all around rockstar. She was kind, professional, attentive, understanding and most of all....patient. She helped us navigate through one of the most difficult processes in our lives-purchasing our first home.
As native Brooklynites, it was important for us to stay close to family and secure our piece of real estate where we grew up.
