Denise Lundy

Denise Lundy has been a leader in the local real estate community for twenty years and has a background in real estate appraisals and as a project manager for a custom home builder. Denise believes that surrounding yourself with quality people builds everyone up and has sought out the industry’s most diligent, thoughtful, and ethical practitioners to form the Fortus team. She is a licensed designated broker in both Washington and Idaho and is a member of three MLS’ and the Selkirk, Spokane, and Coeur d’Alene Regional Associations of REALTORS®.

Currently, Denise serves as 2023 President of Idaho REALTORS®, the state REALTOR® Association and largest trade organization in the state of Idaho with 13,500 members. She has served Idaho REALTORS® as an executive officer for the past four years as President-Elect, First Vice President, and Treasurer, as well as District Vice-President. The state association provides the forms that Idaho REALTORS® use to transact real estate, advocacy, and education for their members. Through this leadership, Denise has served on every committee at the state level for the past few years and participated in many NAR functions and leadership opportunities.

She has served as Board President for the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS® and served on the MLS and Realtor association board for many years. Denise’s committee work on the local and state level is vast and includes chairing the state’s grievance committee, co-chairing government affairs, serving as an RPAC public policy trustee, forms committee member, on the legislative committee and more.

Passionate for trails and parks, Denise served the North Idaho Centennial Trail Foundation for many years as a board member and executive committee member and was a member of the Coeur d’Alene Sunrise Rotary Club for eight years.

Denise served four years as a city council woman, and currently serves on her third term as a board member for the North Idaho College Foundation, providing scholarships, support, and promoting student success at North Idaho College. Denise supports many non-profits around the region and state and values the relationships with community leaders, businesses, and colleagues in the industry.
