About Denise

As a native of the Carolinas, Denise has extensive knowledge of York and Mecklenburg counties. She graduated from Queens University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Before starting her real estate career, she worked in Medical Device Sales and Event Sales Management. She spent several years as a radio show host on “The BJ Murphy Morning Show” in Charlotte, as well as various other radio shows, throughout the Carolinas.

She began her real estate career in New Homes Sales seven years ago, before moving into general brokerage. Given her extensive background in sales and media, Denise has acquired the needed sales and negotiation skills that enable her buyers and sellers to reach their real estate goals. She values building strong relationships with the goal of having her clients for a lifetime.

In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the Hospitality House of Charlotte, Meals on Wheels for Seniors, and Saving Southern Kitties of the Carolinas. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
