Home Buying: Denise thoughtfully helped us search for two years for our perfect family home, constantly sending us new homes in our desired area, setting up appointments to see houses we liked and guiding us through the pros/cons of making offers and taking next steps in extremely challenging and aggressive market conditions and always steered us in the right direction / best interest for our family. When we found THE ONE, she worked above and beyond to help us put our best offer forward and secure the house the day we saw it. We went under contract same day and the entire process from that point forward was super smooth and we closed in 30 days on the absolute perfect home for our family. Can't say enough wonderful things or thank Denise enough for what she did for our family!

I cannot say enough about Denise! She was the ultimate advocate through my homebuying process.

She presented me with lots of options within my price range, and as we started to look at houses, she asked me questions and pointed out things I would’ve never thought of, but I’m so glad she did; those very things ended up being so important to me once I was in the house!

Her document process was completely paperless -I didn’t have to print out a single thing- I did it all my doc signing from my phone!

Her staff was friendly and fast, and behind the scenes she took care of things that would’ve unnecessarily worried me...I never even knew about them until the house was mine!

Couldn’t be happier. Definite repeat client!
