Denise was able to secure our dream home in our desired neighborhood with our first offer which is unheard of in the highly competitive Nashville market! We were able to get pre-approved and send an offer letter the same day after viewing our home by working with her recommended lender, Lending Hand. We worked with Jonathan Stroud for financing and he was able to get us pre-approved for the exact amount of our offer the same day. Denise was very proactive and was able to help us formulate a great offer and submit it the same day which for us happened to be a Sunday night! If it wasn't for Denise's quick turnaround we wouldn't have been so lucky! It also helped that she has great connections with agents and other realtors, her insight truly helped us formulate a fair offer for our home. She was very flexible with our office schedule and maintained a great line of communication throughout the entire process from house hunting to closing and after. I can't speak more highly of both Denise & Jonathan! I've already recommended them to close family and friends which they are both currently helping secure a home. 🏡

Selling a home is a difficult and emotional process. Mrs. Moore took all of that away. Her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate industry far exceeded my expectations. She kept me informed on every detail of the sale without exceptions. She took personal interest into the selling of the home as if it was hers. I was such a gratifying experience meeting her and allowing her to be my retaliator.
