We relocated from SF to SD because of jobs and knew no one here. We met Denise at an open house. Her warm welcome and professionalism impressed me. I contacted her right after through email and met her over facetime for the first time. Her previous teaching experience and strong connection within the region really touched me. We are not native speaker and new to Real-estate, most importantly, we were in a competitive market. It was tough, Denise was there with us all the time through the whole process, never tired of or give up on us. We highly recommend her to people who may also afraid of purchasing your first house, don’t worry, you are in good hands.

Denise was so helpful and thorough when my husband and I were looking at purchasing property in the San Diego area. She took the time to consult and offer advice with her knowledge of the area when we had moved in from out of state, set up automatic MLS notifications for properties on the market, and spent hours on the phone with me talking through things. Although we didn’t end up buying at the time, I always refer to Denise because I know she is extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with!

Denise is an incredible realtor! She guided and worked with us as we found our first home. From the moment we first met she was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the entire process. She listened to our needs. As first time home buyers we wanted to educate ourselves about the process and she made it happen. Denise set up opportunities for us to familiarize ourselves about purchasing a home. When we were in the thick of our home buying experience she was quick to reply, accompanied us to each open house, and always gave great feedback. My partner and I met Denise around 1.5 years ago at a house that she was showing. We weren't ready to buy yet, but wanted to see what houses looked like in our price range and learn what we had to save to achieve that goal. We weren't planning on settling on a Realtor at this time, but after Denise introduced herself and spoke with us at the showing, we immediately got the sense that she was someone that we wanted to work with in the future.

Denise was a friendly and supportive presence throughout our entire home buying process. Being a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and Denise would take the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered in a way that I could understand.

Denise is a hard worker and a go-getter. In this type of market, you need a realtor like Denise that is on top of everything and can get things done quickly when it's time sensitive. We never had to worry about time sensitive pieces and if anything, Denise would have to wait on us to confirm scheduling and paperwork. Denise also had a very loving and caring touch with us. She genuinely seemed to care about our personal lives and gave us some very thoughtful and personal gifts.

We wholeheartedly recommended Denise to anything looking for a realtor. When it comes time for our family to make our next move, we will be using Denise again.

Denise is a wonderful agent and I cannot recommend her enough. She expertly guided us as we searched for a home for nearly a year in the historic pandemic housing market. We never felt like she was pushing us toward anything just to hurry along the process; she was patient and helpful as we figured out exactly what we wanted. After several attempts to sell our house with other realtors, we had Denise list the home with Realty One Group. We wanted to avoid spending large amounts of money to enhance the property. After inputs from several showings, Denise prioritized the inputs and came up with a creative marketing strategy that made the home more attractive to the buyers. This included minimal upgrades of lighting, area painting, and brighter carpeting. After removal of clutter, the house was professionally staged and within the next week there were several offers! Throughout the process, Denise always went above and beyond by handling the difficult tasks and maintained a superior work ethic. Whether selling or buying, you can always count on Denise and we would highly recommend her.
