I offer a diverse work experience as I was employed in the purchasing sector for military and commercial companies for 18 years and, since 2003, have assumed the role as a Realtor. In both sectors I have successfully and effectively managed a high level and volume of responsibility via my ability to multi-task, providing excellent customer service, communication skills and attention to detail. In my more recent role as a Realtor, which I have been since 2003, I have been on a "select team" with my broker for 7 years to list/sell properties owned by Housing & Urban Development (HUD) in which timeliness and accuracy was constantly demanded on a 7/24 basis with regards to inspections, Broker Price Opinions, listings and written reports. I am a certified USAA and Navy Federal Credit Union agent where service and timeliness is of the utmost importance. My ability to multi-task effectively is supported by the fact that for multiple years I have been in the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle for production achieved.
