Denise Seavitt

Since 1983, Denise Seavitt has created a successful history as a top Real Estate agent and consultant in the Pacific Northwest. Formerly with her own company Village Homes and Properties, John L. Scott Real Estate and Richard James Realtors, she is currently focused on residential and investment real estate with Realogics Sotheby's.

Denise was also a member of the Keiretsu Forum Northwest and participated in deal screening along with being the lead on a due diligence for a real estate investment company. She has consulted on projects throughout the United States, Jamaica, and Germany. Her responsibilities have ranged from property acquisition, financing, design, marketing, and sales. Some of her success is due to her ability to assemble unified teams from various disciplines to insure a pro-active and profitable project.
