Denise Silva is a licensed real estate professional with a heart for client service, specializing in buying and selling properties in Rutherford, Bedford, and other counties surrounding Nashville, Tennessee.

Denise takes a customized and deeply personal approach to home sales that puts the client’s needs above all. She invests in truly getting to know her clients, loves envisioning their future alongside them, and believes that the perfect fit and the perfect buyer are always out there. For Denise, the ultimate job satisfaction is attending a client’s closing. She loves knowing that she’s played a role in helping someone move into the next chapter in their lives, whether that’s a first house milestone, a bigger home for a growing family, or a smaller space for an empty nester.

After decades in the professional customer service field, Denise entered the real estate industry to help others realize their homeownership dreams as she pursued her own career goals. Born in Brazil, she has also lived in Japan, Italy, and England, eventually settling just outside of Nashville with her husband and daughter. She speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and Japanese and is working to become a licensed International Property Specialist; she is also the proud wife of a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Of all the places she’s lived around the world, Middle Tennessee is her favorite home.
