Denise Stanton

I am a Florida Born and Grown beach town and neighboring cities Real Estate Broker Sales Associate in the world of real estate. My roots began in Coral Gables and since 1969 I have been a proud resident of Brevard County.

With all the decades of living in this area, my knowledge and love of the communities in Brevard County has benefited in sharing the same with my family, friends and clients. If your reason to live here is for work, pleasure, a partial time of the year resident, relocation, down-sizing, up-sizing, military assignment, or perhaps to be part of the new space age ~ I would be honored and flattered to help you.

I also have experience with foreclosures, Short Sales, and government owned properties. I work well with others, and although I possess a vast array of knowledge, I do not profess to know everything.

With some travels away from this area, I spent time in the U.S. Air Force and lived for a while in Southern and Northern California. But, this is where I choose to live. I have a love for all the water sports this area has to offer, including surfing, wind-surfing, scuba diving, fishing, sailing and swimming. Of course how could you not love the beach ~ there are still times you can take a beach stroll and be all by yourself and just run into a flock of seagulls or perhaps a turtle hatchling. If you look off into the horizon you may even capture the sight of a pod of dolphin just off the shoreline, or maybe even a whale passing by during migrating season.

Brevard County is a nature's paradise from bird watching and space launches to all the outdoor sports you could imagine. I have a passion for motorcycling and there are endless roads to travel with such joy and freedom. We are centrally located which allows for travel to Orlando, Tampa, Tallahassee, the Panhandle and Miami with minimal driving time to each main city.
