Denise Taylor brings to the Coldwell Banker Realty team years of marketing and sales experience. She dedicates her time and expertise to each of her valued clients. She is ambitious, meticulous, extremely hard-working, knowledgeable, and professional. She has been a Newtown resident for 14 years and has also resided in several CT locations, NJ, NY, MA, and St. Barths. She has been involved in her local community as a Newtown-Strong therapy dog handler and by supporting organizations such as Sandy Hook Promise and the Newtown Action Alliance.

Denise is a member of the Newtown Board of Realtors, Northern Fairfield County Assn. of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Assn. of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, as well as the SmartMLS and OneKey multiple listing services. Her primary focus includes Fairfield, Litchfield, and New Haven counties in CT and Westchester County in NY. Denise earned a master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapies and a bachelor’s degree in Rehab Services. She owned businesses in fitness, massage therapy, and creative arts. Her main areas of expertise include marketing, sales, and customer service. She goes beyond to ensure that her clients are happy with her services and achieve their goals!
