We were moving from Illinois to Arizona and Denise went above and beyond to help us with our job search. She actually would preview houses for us and FaceTime us as she was doing the preview. This helped us to add or eliminate houses prior to our actual trip to buy our home. Once we found our home she was great with the offer process and introducing us to a home inspector and title company. She kept in constant contact with us once we returned to IL to ensure that the paperwork and closing stayed on schedule. It was a true pleasure working with Denise. Denise and I met by chance through a Zillow rental listing. Hands down, one of the best chance meetings I've ever had! Husband and I were thinking about moving from Dallas to Phoenix area to be closer to family. I was scoping the real estate market and Denise met me at a potential rental listing as a favor to the mgmt group. She was so delightful and willing to help me despite solid plans. Fast forward 3 months later, husband gets laid off and offered a virtual job; my job is already virtual, so I call Denise to help us find a very specific rental type in LESS THAN A MONTH. Her professionalism balanced realism and positivity- and she landed the perfect place!

Fast forward 10 months later - we love the Phoenix area and want to buy a house 3 months before our lease is up. Despite insane housing market and talking me out of a few potentially dicey offers, Denise does it again! Finds the PERFECT place for three people with very specific requests. She genuinely is committed to helping her clients stay sane in a heightened emotional situation, look at the long game to make rational choices, and remains patiently organized, funny, and kind as you complete any real-estate transaction.

I've purchased 7 homes and sold 4 in my lifetime; Denise is one of the best agents I've add the fortune to work with.

Denise was our realtor and helped us sell our house in Chandler, AZ. Because of her, everything went smoothly and quickly during the process. We actually left the state during the sale and Denise went above and beyond for us every step of the way, even sending us our mail when the forwarding was delayed. I highly recommend Denise if you are buying or selling a home!!!
