Denise Thelen

Being a real estate agent involves much more than just buying and selling one of life's most important investments. It's the people inside the houses and properties that matter most. My guiding principles include a commitment to providing personal service that exceeds expectations while maintaining a dedication to the highest professional standards. I have been licensed since 2001 and obtained my Broker license in 2012. I have been working in real estate in some capacity since graduating high school. My husband, Dallas work alongside each other and recently purchased Century 21 Realty Team from my parents, whom operated the company for 23 years. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and minor in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

I hold the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. Prior to joining Century 21 Realty Team full time, I worked for over 5 years with a global relocation company, so I am very familiar with folks who are relocating and know the challenges they face. I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Nebraska Association of Realtors and the National Realtors Association. I served on the Columbus Board of Realtors for 10 years, including serving as President. Awards:
