A GREAT TEAM. Denise and Jack made a great team in managing the sale of my condo. Denise handled the pre-listing arrangements such as inspections, minor repairs/painting/cleaning services, landscaping updates, and staging. Jack handled a lot of the administrative tasks for signing of document disclosures, etc. Both worked together closely and kept me well informed of what was happening. As my sale progressed, I had full confidence that Denise and Jack would handle any and all hic-ups that might and did come along. I was pleased with the services they provided from start to finish. Denise is a superb agent. She became well acquainted with our specific goals and expectations and quickly directed her search consistent with her understanding of our requirements. She was persistent, consistently responsive and had intimate knowledge of the relevant properties and the local market in general. We completely trusted her judgement and advice which was crucial as it was necessary to conduct virtual tours of the various properties.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Denise and Jack Welch. The pandemic and economic uncertainty impacted how we would prepare for pre-sales improvements, marketing, and showing the condo. Under these uncertain conditions, Denise and Jack maintained a positive outlook throughout the pre and post sales process. We could not offer Open Houses, so the question of do we stage or not came up. Their knowledge of the Bay Area market helped us decide to hold off at first, and then as the Shelter in Place eased, we decided to stage -- the timing for staging was perfect!

They worked well as a team always keeping me posted weekly of the housing market, shifts in pricing, prospective buyers. They would send celebratory messages to their clients around the holidays, which kept us all upbeat. I will miss working with them! They are great! Mary Winby

My wife and I worked with Denise when we purchased our home in 2013 and more recently we worked with Denise and Jack to rent our home when we moved. They are absolutely great...and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Buying a home in the Bay Area real estate market is no easy task, but Denise made the home buying experience so much easier and more enjoyable. She has an amazing depth of knowledge when it comes to the Bay Area market and real estate law/process. And, she worked so hard to get us into a great house in Redwood City. More recently, when we needed to rent out our house, Denise and Jack helped us find an excellent tenant. They are a great team and we will definitely be working with them again!

I can't say enough about Denise. When it came time to sell my mother’s old duplex in Cupertino, Denise moved into action by getting all the inspections done, getting a painter, meeting with all the tradesmen and getting the job done. Her listing and photographs were so beautiful after all the work, I almost didn't want to sell. On the business end, I had no worries. Denise knew what she was doing especially in marketing a duplex. Denise's eye for detail was amazing. I found that working with Denise was easy and she communicated clearly to me at all stages. Years ago, we also bought a rental property in Santa Clara from her.
