Denise was extremely helpful and just a delight to work with throughout our home buying process. Being first-time home buyers, we sure had a lot of questions for her, but she was able to walk us through everything to help us eventually find our home. Whether it was things to look out for during home walk-throughs or navigating through the offer process, she had all the answers. She was extremely knowledgable on where to go for outside services i.e. inspection, mold remediator, etc. who also all turned out to be great to work with. We couldn't have been happier having the chance to work with her and would strongly recommend her to anyone that might be looking to enter the market.

Home buying can be tedious but Denise was fantastic every step of the way.From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure. Throughout our journey, she demonstrated a-lot of patience & understanding esp with all of our questions and concerns. She went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of, from arranging inspection, to researching potential issues with a property we were looking at. Denise is indeed a 5-star realtor. We are empty nesters and wanted to downsize from our large home to something smaller. We were open to a small ranch or a condo. Denise honed in on our needs and lined up showings all within our busy schedules. In the course of a week she found us a beautiful ranch condo which we now view as our forever home since every box was checked on our wish list. She also listed our old home and was extremely helpful with staging. All worth it because we received several offers and it ultimately sold well above asking price in a matter of 8 days after listing.

Denise was truly a professional and a joy to work with! She listened and responded to our wants and needs, and really went overboard to make everything happen. She personally went shopping to "stage" our house for sale! And when we couldn't find a new house within our chosen area, she suggested a few spots just outside that area, gave us the pros and cons, and actually on her own found our dream house! It was "hey, I want you to come see this house, I know it's a little out of your immediate location choice, but I think it would be great for you guys". So we went, and she was spot on! We bought it and LOVE IT!!! We actually would never have looked in the subdivision she found for us. Everything went smooth, from offer to inspections to closing. Denise is a true professional and I highly recommend her as a Realtor!!

I was purchasing a home for my mother. I needed to duplicate the home she had but in a different neighborhood and within the funds that I had. This was a very emotional time for me because my mom had lived in her home for over 55 years. Denise was so kind. She listened to all my requirements and set many homes for me to look at....but she never seemed anxious when none of them seemed to work. On occasions she even bought me coffee when the day got long and I was tired. One day she found just the right house...the search, buying and closing were stress free. I consider Denise a wonderful agent and a good friend. Anyone would be blessed to have her working for them.
