Denise Wilder

Denise knows that a lot has changed since she left Bonomo Realty in 2009 after working as an agent for two and a half years. Her focus shifted to short sales, where she spent three years negotiating with banks and lenders to help homeowners avoid foreclosure due to unfair lending practices and sinking home values. Although not all of her clients were able to avoid foreclosure, Denise successfully negotiated a high majority of those cases to the satisfaction of the seller, investor, and lender. She acknowledges that it was a challenging but rewarding learning experience.

When Family Trust Services closed its doors in 2011, Denise took a position in office administration with a small office called Western Automation R&D Corp. in Clearwater, Florida. She remained there for five years until retiring in June 2017. After returning from an extended vacation, Denise realized that she wanted to return to real estate to help people find their dream homes or vacation spot. As her client, Denise promises that it will be her pleasure to work with you, listen to your needs, and provide you with a service that will leave your mind at ease. She understands that real estate transactions can be a tough process but with her patience and attention to detail.
