*****5 Stars I first contacted Deniz about a year and a half ago about one particular property I was interested in. Although I decided to pass on the house and continue renting, Deniz remained in contact with me and checked in every few months. I really appreciated this, so my fiance and I decided to work with her while buying our first house this year. We really enjoyed working with Deniz. As first time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process, but Deniz answered all of our questions. It was extremely easy contacting her - either by text, calling, or emailing - and she always responded promptly. She also gave us the option to submit our offers with electronic signatures - this was extremely helpful since at the time, my fiance lived ~45 minutes away. We bought a home in a very competitive area and ended up putting in offers on three different homes. Each home had multiple offers. The offer on the first home was rejected. The offer on the second home was accepted, but ended up falling through due to the seller changing their mind. The offer on the third home was accepted. She worked with us based on our budget and local comparable sales in the area. We had some quirks with our lender and she worked diligently with them to make sure everything went smoothly and we closed on time.
