Dennis Anderson

Almost 30 years ago, Lexington pharmacist Dennis Anderson began building better communities by buying distressed homes and renovating them. By 1993, he'd remodeled more than 100 homes, improving many of Lexington's existing communities. But as he listened to his clients' needs, he dreamed of creating new communities where residents could enjoy affordable, high-quality housing with plenty of opportunities to get to know their neighbors.
